Meet your Coach
Financial chaos and instability experienced through earthly father. Twice God called me from a stable, benefits paying job. The 1st time it was from something I loved, but in His grace allowed me to leave with a safety net. The 2nd time I felt completely exposed and vulnerable. Though I was obedient (even allowed my licenses to lapse) my fear showed up in several ways: Felt the need to go hard or go home - 1) burning through financial resources prematurely. 2) misplaced boundaries between work and home (family was holding me back). 3) made biz decisions based on what made money sense and then praying to God asking Him to bless it (He would provide divine connections and strategy, but as soon as I saw a glimpse of “this could be it” I’d jump out and start using mainstream growth & scaling tactics without consulting him-misaligned coaching services, premature investments in blog/PInterest writers, copywriting, sales team member. Placing my faith for financial security in these things) 4) I had a relationship with God, inconsistent Bible study, but missed out on a deeper and more intimate relationship with Him 5) Shaky confidence and value tied to results and how others perceived me. (Constant comparison of my image and brand to others) 6) I was running around chasing my tail leaving me mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually drained. What changed: A gradual shift - challenged me on my belief systems (womanhood, divine provision, husband/wife roles, grace) through His word, therapy (grew in awareness of past in my present resulting in lack of grace), coaching (challenged my motives and held me accountable to healthier patterns and growth)
